Hi:
I have an HP Officejet Pro 8620 that has been connected via wifi to an Orbi wifi mesh router for years with no issues. I recently upgraded my Orbi to a newer model and the printer will no longer connect via wifi. I've tried all the basics suggested on HP forums and elsewhere, but nothing works.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be happy to help.
Check with your Internet service provider if your router is able to forward 'Bonjour packets'. Bonjour locates devices such as printers, other computers, and the services that those devices offer on a local network using multicast Domain Name System (mDNS) service records. The software comes built-in with Apple's macOS and iOS operating systems.
Do check with your network provider, the encryption type of your new network and whether it's 2.4 or 5 GHz.
Let me know if this helps.
If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Thanks!
Have a great day!
