Hi there, Virgin have just fitted us with a new WiFi hub. My HP won't connect and on the HP smart app it doesn't recognise my printer? What am I doing wrong? Any help appreciated please.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's restore the Printer's network settings:

 

Press and hold the Wireless button ( ) and the Cancel button ( ) from the printer control panel together for three seconds.

 

Once done, try connecting the Printer to the new Wi-Fi using the HP Smart App: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04675142
