Hi @Pjcala6,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you are unable to connect to your HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 printer from your iOS device and are receiving the message "No AirPrint printers found", there are a few things you can try.

  • Check if your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your iOS device.
  • Make sure your printer is turned on and connected to your Wi-Fi network. You may want to restart your printer and your Wi-Fi router to ensure a fresh connection.
  • Update your printer's firmware to the latest version. You can do this by visiting the HP Support website and searching for your printer model.
  • Check if your printer supports AirPrint. Not all printers are compatible with AirPrint. You can check the list of AirPrint-enabled printers on the Apple website.
  • If none of the above steps work, you can try resetting the printing system on your iOS device. This will remove all your printers and reset your printing settings. To do this, go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Printing System.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
