Product: HP DeskJet 3762 All-in-One Printer

the printer has always been working, i just switched it off during holiday time. No change of pc , no change of router (using my mobile router connection). It seems i cannot disinstall the printer. I have tried to download again the software and it does not move to the installation phase.....
