Hi @Imyourumbrella ,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP Smart Tank 519 Wireless All-In-One printer is not displaying anything, you can try the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:

Check Power Connection:

  • Make sure the printer is properly plugged into a working power outlet.
  • Check the power cord for any damage, and replace it if necessary.

Power Cycle the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for about 30 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.

Check for Jammed Paper:

  • Open the printer cover and check for any jammed paper inside.
  • Remove any stuck paper carefully.

Inspect for Obstructions:

  • Ensure that there are no foreign objects or obstructions inside the printer that may be preventing proper operation.

Check for Error Lights or Codes:

  • Look for any error lights or codes on the printer. Refer to the printer manual or user guide to interpret the error messages.

Update Firmware/Software:

  • Visit the official HP website and check for any firmware or software updates for your printer model. If available, update the firmware.

Reset Printer:

  • Perform a factory reset on the printer. Note that this will reset all settings to their default values. Refer to the printer manual for instructions on how to perform a reset.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
