No email address available on my 7740 for printing via email

I think there USED TO BE an email address visible on my 7740's screen, so I could send an email to that address and it would print the email. 
But now it simply says "Not Available" Connected where it used to have the email address.

I've tried a few things that the HP Smart app and the HP website suggested, but I'm not getting anywhere.

Does anyone know how to get an email address for my 7740??

I see that you are facing issues with eprint your HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-In-One Printer.

I suggest that you follow the steps from this document to resolve this issue. (Click on the word document to open the web page).

Note: You may use the Print Anywhere with the HP Smart App feature if eprint is not available or discontinued.

Thank you for the information. I am away from my office for a couple of weeks and I'll try these possible solutions when I return there.
