Hp Laserjet Pro M404n

I have a Hp Laserjet Pro M404n, ethernet connected to printer, no lights and the network setup is missing from the setup menuj.   Printer was working just fine the day before.  I tested the network cable which tested good.  I also relocated the printer and tried it within a different segment with active network connection.  I tried a hard reset and that didn't help either.  There is no Wifi button on the printer.  tried all the suggested tests and I believe the Nic card or board is probably dead.  Any help is appreciated.

Thank you Repairatrooper, you just confirmed what I was thinking.  Now to decide whether we keep the printer and replace the board, or just recycle it and get something else to replace it.

Likely a failed formatter, I have seen this issue with a couple of M404s over the years.
