The printer has not printed since I changed my wireless provider. All the devices in my house are fine except for this printer. I have probably entered the wireless information 50 + times and it still does not print. I have no idea what to do. My printer and my Mac are not in sync.

If you have not done so, set the Wireless network back to defaults on the printer and start fresh.
Use this guide:
HP printers - Wi-Fi connection is lost after router or network settings change
Optional / Additional Information
Note: Some features / methods are intended for Windows and might not apply to your Mac computer.

This printer only supports 2.4GHz.
If your new router supports dual band frequencies,
Make sure the router is broadcasting on both 2.4GHz and 5GHz.
If possible, create a separately named SSID network for each band / frequency.
Connect the printer to its SSID named network on the 2.4GHz frequency.
Example - Dual Network
SSID_Dual_Band_Example_8

You can change the printer connection type to TCP/IP .
Method - Create TCP IP port
** Install – Optional - Port Issues - Create a TCP/IP port **
TCP/IP can resolve odd connection, scanning, and installation problems.
Create / Switch to a TCP/IP Port to facilitate communication and prevent ‘offline’ issues
How-to “Create TCP Port” Contributed by greenturtle:
1. Print a Configuration Page to get the printer's IPv4 address (you can also tap on the wireless icon on the Front panel of your Printer to get the IP address)
2. On your PC, go to Control Panel, from Devices and Printers, Right-Click the printer and Left-Click Printer Properties, select the Ports tab.
3. Click Add Port, select Standard TCP/IP Port, then select New Port and follow the wizard.
4. Type in the proper IP address for the printer.
This video resource will show you how to do it:
Create & Use TCP IP port
Note that you can ALWAYS revert back to the original port that the HP software installed by selecting the HP port within the Ports tab (in Printer Properties)
Side Bar
NOTE: Ignore this section of it does not apply to your situation...
If you can get the printer on the network,
If EWS and the options are supported,
You might be able to enter the Wireless Address and other information using the Embedded Web Server (EWS).
Open your favorite browser > type / enter Printer IP address into URL / Address bar
Tab Network > Wireless (802.11) > IPv4 Configuration
And (If / Where supported - printer model dependent)
Tab Network > Wireless (802.11) > Advanced
In Advanced
Having named SSID / networks separately for each bandwidth at the router level,
Select and connect to the correct SSID / network name for the bandwidth you are using.
