After a 3-day breakdown in my wi-fi home connection, my printer/scanner cannot be recognized by the pc and cannot connect to the wi-fi again.

I've tried to uninstall and reinstall it, to update the drivers, to reset it (and the router, too), to restart its configuration but it's still not working. 

It gives an error message saying the printer/scanner is offline and it cannot be reached.

Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance

We'll have to perform a reset on the Printer for this. I have sent you a private message, for more details that cannot be shared in a public post.
