@Idit3, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand your HP printer is not connecting to Wi-Fi despite trying all the tips in the HP Smart app. Let’s walk through a few steps to get this resolved:

Restart Everything

  • Power off your printer, router, and computer/mobile device.
  • Wait 30 seconds, then power them back on. This refreshes network connections.

Check Wi-Fi Network

  • Ensure your Wi-Fi is working and other devices can connect.
  • Make sure the printer is within range of the router (ideally within 5–10 feet during setup).

Reset Printer Network Settings

  • On the printer control panel, go to Settings > Network Settings > Restore Network Defaults.
  • Alternatively, press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons together for 5 seconds (varies by model).

Reconnect Using HP Smart App/HP App

  • Download or open the HP Smart.
  • Tap Set Up a New Printer and follow the on-screen instructions.
  • Make sure Bluetooth and Location Services are enabled on your phone.

Use WPS (if supported)

  • Press the WPS button on your router.
  • Within 2 minutes, press the Wireless button on your printer.
  • Wait for the connection to establish (wireless light should stop blinking).

Assign a Static IP (Advanced)

  • If the printer connects briefly then drops, assign a static IP via your router settings.
  • You can find the printer’s IP by printing a Network Configuration Page from the printer.
