Product: HP Envy5660

I installed Norton 360 LifeLock Select and it won't let my laptop talk to my printer. Their tech support says my printer's IP address won't work because it's not "trusted." I need a "trusted" IP address from HP. Help.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

To get the answer to this question, the IP address is provided by the router, not by HP. 

  • Are you trying o connect to a public network or a home network?

Set up your printer for a USB connection on a Windows computer, Mac, or Chromebook. From here: HP printer setup (USB cable) | HP® Customer Support
