Really disappointed in HPs product on this one.
While I was able to set up and print when I first purchased this printer, it is now a no-go. In trying to reinstall it, half the time it does not recognize it, and when it does, it then tells me the PIN number is formatted incorrectly.
I'm at my wit's end.

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
We have to perform a Semi Full Reset to unlock the features of the printer/Reset the password.
The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

Are you not able to add your printer to your device?

The printer has worked fine for 10 months, then about a week ago it developed a printer error. I deleted the printer and added it as a new device. It indicated the printer was installed and ready to print but when I print it says 'error'. However the printer itself functions as it printed the WPS pin number and various other instructions. please see attached photo, which may be useful. the blue wifi is flashing. How can this be fixed please? Thanksphoto from my printer
