I have not been able to connect wirelessly to my printer mentioned above for over a month. I got a new router from Verizon followed all instructions but I think the IP numbers don't match. Need instructions on how to match up IP numbers so they match. Can anyone help please?

Hi @rick_Jul105,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To resolve the issue of your HP DeskJet 3752 All-in-One Printer not connecting wirelessly after getting a new router, you’ll need to update the printer's network settings to match those of the new router. Here are the steps to reconnect your printer to the new Wi-Fi network and adjust the IP settings if needed.
Steps to Reconnect HP DeskJet 3752 to Wi-Fi:
Reset the Network Settings on the Printer:
- Turn on the printer.
- Hold down the Wireless and Cancel buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds until the Power light flashes. This resets the network settings.
Reconnect Printer Using HP Smart:
- Download the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
- Open HP Smart and select Set up a new printer.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your new Wi-Fi network.
Check IP Address of Printer:
Once connected, you can print a network configuration report to find the new IP address:
- Press the Information button (an "i" symbol) on your printer to print a report. This report contains the printer’s IP address.
Update Printer’s IP on Your Computer:
- Open the Control Panel on your computer.
- Navigate to Devices and Printers.
- Right-click your HP DeskJet 3752 and select Properties.
- Go to the Ports tab and find your printer's IP port.
- Click on Configure Port and enter the new IP address that matches your printer’s IP from the network configuration report.
- Click OK and close the window.
Troubleshooting Tips:
- Ensure your new router’s Wi-Fi is set to 2.4 GHz (HP printers often do not support 5 GHz networks).
- Restart both the router and the printer after configuring the settings.
- If the connection issues persist, try temporarily disabling any firewall or antivirus software that might be blocking the connection.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
