Hi @DorothyMoeller6

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

I understand you are unable to get your HP DeskJet 2755e online and would also like assistance with obtaining replacement ink. We appreciate the details you've shared.

Since the printer shows as not connected to the internet, let us first restore the wireless connection and reconnect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.

Step 1: Restore the printer network settings

Press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons together until the Power button flashes.

Wait for the Wireless light to begin flashing, indicating that the printer is ready for setup mode.

Step 2: Reconnect the printer using the HP App

  1. Uninstall and then reinstall the HP App on your computer or mobile device.
  2. Place the printer and your computer/mobile device close to the Wi-Fi router.
  3. Make sure the computer or mobile device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network you want the printer to use.
  4. If your computer is connected with an Ethernet cable, temporarily disconnect the cable and use Wi-Fi during setup.
  5. Turn on Bluetooth on the computer or mobile device so the HP App can detect the printer.
  6. On mobile devices, ensure Location Services are enabled and allow the HP App permission to access location during setup.
  7. Download and install the HP App from HP Printer Setup (123.hp.com)
  8. Open the HP App, select Add Printer or the + sign, and follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your wireless network.

For additional guidance on restoring Wi-Fi setup mode and reconnecting the printer, please refer to: Restore Wi-Fi setup mode on your HP printer

If the printer still does not appear in the HP App after completing the wireless setup process, please let us know what the Wireless light is doing (solid, blinking, or off), and we can continue working through the connection status.

Take care, and have an amazing day!
