HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,
I have successfully added the Hp laserjet office 9010 series on my laptop but it says driver is unavailable on my windows 10.

Things I have done so far but still no success,

  • I have removed the device and added it back
  • I have tried to manually install the driver but no avail
  • I have used the hp troubleshooting software found on the page to download drivers on the office laserjet 9010 series section and it asked if i want to
uninstall and re install the driver which i did and it carried out a system restart. After which i went to windows updates but it just show "hp driver downloading" and after few minutes, it gave an error saying it cannot be download.
  • I have also tried adding via ip and it give same error, dirver is unavailable

I spoke to HP support earlier and they said it might be cartridge or toner, this definitely has nothing to do with that because colleagues in my office using Mac can print without any troubles. I and another colleagues using windows are having this same problem, I will be glad if anyone can help with a lasting solution.

    Thanks in Advance
