I have an OfficeJet 200 mobile that I successfully linked to my wireless network, and it was recognized and by my Dell PC running Windows 11. However, it did not install. The printers & scanners section says "HPFD670E (HP OfficeJet 200 Mobile Series) Drive is unavailable.
I tried to get the driver from the HP site and the page threw an error (support.hp.com/my-en/error/404?source=SWD&seriesOid=5156326&reason=1)
It looks to me like they have stopped supporting the printer, even though the series is still in the drop-down support list.
Where can I find a safe copy of the driver file(s)?
UPDATE: Before giving up I went through the printer's own interface menu again. It has an update menu selection. Since I was able to connect to the wireless, the printer downloaded an update (probably the driver itself). I removed the printer from Windows, searched for it again, and it installed correctly. There is still no other support for the printer on the HP site. Let's hope I won't need it.

Hi @kmcclivereed,
Thank you for the update, and I'm glad you were able to get the printer installed successfully. It was a good step to check the printer's own update option and then remove and re-add it in Windows.
I also checked the HP support page for the HP OfficeJet 200 Mobile Printer, and the software and driver page is currently available. You can access it here:
https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers/hp-officejet-200-mobile-printer-series/model/5156329?sku=CZ993A
So it appears the earlier 404 message was likely related to a temporary browser, regional, or connectivity issue rather than the printer being completely unsupported. HP's current support pages still list Windows 11 among the available operating systems.
If you encounter the same issue in the future, you can also try:
Refreshing the HP support page or opening it in another browser.
Clearing the browser cache/cookies and trying again.
Temporarily disabling a VPN or proxy, if one is being used. HP's setup guidance specifically recommends disconnecting from a VPN when downloading the HP app.
It's great that you were able to work around the installation issue using the printer's built-in update and then reinstalling it in Windows.
If you need any further assistance with the OfficeJet 200 Mobile in the future, please feel free to reach out here. We'll be happy to help.
Take care and have an amazing day ahead! 🚀
