Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Over last week, printer goes offline for no obvious reason. Solutions online here require adjustments that are locked by the network admin. *I* am the network admin, and need to know how to unlock all setup options on the printer. I see from other responses that I need a special response designed for my printer.
I have done the usual. Uninstalled HP Smart, reinstalled latest version, recycled router, left both printer and router unplugged overnight to clear cache, restarted computer many times.
Solutions needed:
1. stop going offline, or fix easily
2. unlock all setup options
Otherwise, a great all-in-one. But now I am really frustrated.
Thank you.
