OfficeJet Pro 9015.  I previously was connected wirelessly to the network but when I try and connect it now I get a message that the ethernet cable is  not connected and to make sure it is connected at both ends.   I have never had an ethernet cable connected and it does not allow me to get past this message to access the network set up. I have been without the ability to print for 4 months now and it is affecting my ability to do my job.

I cannot reset the network settings.  When I click on Network Setup, it says "An ethernet cable has not been connected. Make sure that both ends of cable are inserted correctly." I am not using an ethernet cable and it won't let me past this screen.

This did not work.  Probably because I cannot connect the printer to the internet per the initial post.  Every screen I try to do something on tells me that there is no ethernet cable connected.

This might require one on one interaction to fix the issue.

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

  2. Select the country.
  3. Enter the serial of your device.
  4. Select the country from the drop-down.
  5. Click on "Show Options".
  6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.

Keep me posted.

Cheers.
