HP OfficeJet Pro 8139e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

OfficeJet Pro 8710 works on WiFi, OfficeJet Pro 8139e will not - same Win 10, same WiFi network.  For 11 days I have been trying to install the 8139e.   Scan works, Print does not. I have removed and reinstalled HP
Smart software, restarted both printer and computer.  In 11 days I have tried virtually everything I can do to make it work, Some things multiple times.   The software for the 8139e is labelled SCAN ONLY, but that is the only option I see in HP Smart.  Can ANYONE suggest a next step for me to try?   Even though I have only had this new printer 11 days, all attempts to chat with a tech rep at HP via chat, even though they appear to offer it, always says, "Technical Issue, Try Later"  Later has been several days.  Thank you for any help.
