HELP! I had to move my printer and now trying to set it up wirelessly with my computer (instead of USB). I cannot get a Word document or web page to print from my computer. I ran HP Print & Scan Doc and it says everything is fine and computer is ready. I printed every report from the HP Print & Scan Doc and everything printed just fine (using the same computer that cannot successfully send the Word document). I have even printed wirelessly from my phone. WHY can't I get a Word document to print? I continue to get an error message in my printer/device manager. WHAT AM I MISSING?

5. In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose ‘Delete’ or ‘Remove Device’
6. Open up the run command with the “Windows key + R” key combo.
7. Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
8. Click on the “Drivers” tab
9. Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
