Hi there,
I am setting up my new OfficeJet pro 9015 all-in-one printer. Using the wireless setup wizard, I have been unsuccessful in connecting the printer to WiFi. My computer and phone are connected to my home wireless network, so I know it's working. The wireless network name does not even appear on the printer. Twice I have refreshed and my modem name has shown up, but still cannot connect, and then when I try again the wireless network name has disappeared again.
Please help!

@dh37, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Is the printer able to find any of the nearby wireless networks?
Print a wireless test report to check if the wireless radio is working:
From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, touch (the Wireless button), and then touch ( Settings ). 2. Touch Print Reports. 3. Touch Wireless Test Report.
Check if MAC address filtering is enabled on the router or if the router is blocking the printer
You may check with your internet service provider.
On the printer screen, go to Setup > Network Setup > Restore network settings
Go back to Network > Wireless > Wireless setup wizard and select your network.
- Make sure the printer and the MAC are connected to the same wireless network.
- This printer supports only 2.4GHz network. So, the MAC should be on the 2.4GHz network.
- If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both the networks.
- Also, check with your Internet service provider if your router is able to forward 'Bonjour packets'.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
