Product: OfficeJet Pro 9018
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

OfficeJet Pro 9018 touchpanel message, "The Printer update could not be downloaded." Hitting OK on the panel cycles the printer and it comes right back to this message. Tried updating from the EWS and it sits on 00% for a bit and then the touchpanel goes to this message. Followed the instructions at https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printer-Wireless-Networking-Internet/My-printer-update-could-not-be-do... to no avail. Exactly same things occurs. Still prints fine but cannot get out of this cycle.
