Product: HP OfficeJet 5744 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My OfficeJet 5740 printer shows connectivity to wifi, but it is not connecting to the internet. My computer shows that this printer is in default mode. When I run the troubleshooter, it says the printer is not turned on (which it is!) All other devices in my home show good internet connection. How do I get the printer to connect to the internet, not just wifi? FYI, it is a 7 year old printer.
