My Officejet 6500A does not detect my WiFi address when attempting to set up. It finds lots of other networks just not mine. Any advice please ?

That printer model supports 2,4GHz wireless, make sure you have enabled 2,4GHz wireless band on your router.

Access the routers web interface and somewhere in wireless settings, you will find options for 5GHz wireless and 2,4GHz wireless. But it all depends on a router model.
