I am having trouble getting my OfficejetPro 8100 to connect to my new network. I have been through every step I can find on the HP support site and elsewhere and nothing works. When I run a Wireless Network Test, the results says "the WPA security password configured on your HP printer does not match your wireless router setting," but this is not true. It matches exactly. I have tried adding the printer's MAC address to the router but that did nothing. I've tried using WPS pins. Nothing. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling software and drivers. Nothing. I've used a USB connection. Nothing. I've used HP Smart App. Nothing. When I had the printer listed it would say it was offline when in fact it was not. I am stumped. The old network was through ATT UVerse. The new network is through DirectvStream. There is nothing wrong with the internet service as all other internet devices and wifi is working great. Any thoughts? Thank you.
