I am incredibly frustrated with Support.

The AI chat cannot actually answer questions, only spout out canned answers. It won’t recognize my serial number to allow me to speak with a human. I cannot download a driver because I am on Mac. I can not Apple Airprint because the printer is in an error mode and cannot be factory reset to register it to the Smartapp that I don’t want to be able to print. 

I have spent 200 dollars on a new printhead and additional funds on new ink, only to decide to trash the whole thing, and buy a different brand. 

Make the customer service actual service.

I completely understand the frustration. When you’ve already invested money in parts and supplies, being blocked by automated support and unable to reach a real person feels like a dead end. Companies need to remember that good support is part of the product experience, especially when troubleshooting fails. I hope they improve the process and make it easier for customers to get real help when they need it.

The funny part is that I am certain there is “user error” at play here, or at the very least a lack of technical knowledge. But this could be easily resolved by allowing me to speak with a human.
