How do I unlock my printer? It will not connect to wifi and when I go to settings they say they are locked by admin? I never locked anything during setup. With alot of the settings "locked" I cannot do anything. I have rebooted, printer, router, computer etc. When I set up the printer, I have a printers claim code that printed out initially, but it does not say where or how to use that code. I have already created an account with hpconnected.com but cannot find anywhere on there to inter a claim code. HELP. I have read thru the comments but each one that had my same issue, an email was sent to them so no one else could see the solution to the problem. Very frustrating.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
The only option left is to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset, and re-initialize the printer.

Thank you very much for the reply and help. I was able to fix my printer issue in minutes once I followed your instructions. Greatly appreciated!! I thought I was going to have to purchase a new printer (even though this one is only a couple months old). You saved the day (and my money) lol. Thank you again for the help
