Hi,
I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 8600 printer and scanner that has worked mostly fine up until now. The printer is fully connected to wifi, the blue wireless light is solid, the printer says it's connected, the router see the printer, but past that, the printer is working. I try to connect to the printer using the hp setup app for my printer, but it doesn't see the printer when type in its IP, and when I try to connect to the printer using Printers and Scanners in the Windows settings, it doesn't see the printer as well. When I use HP Scan and Capture, it also doesn't see the printer. I have already tried resetting the printer's wireless settings to default and reconnecting the printer, I have uninstalled the original printer drivers from my computer and I have restarted the printer as well as my computer several times. Is there any other potential reason this could happen, or any potential fix?
Thanks.
