I replaced my wireless router with a LinkSys and now my printer won't connect. It worked fine with my old router.
My 2.4g wifi shows up on the printer. I have tried using WPS and manually entering the PW in the setup wizard on the printer. Neither one works.
The error message mentions if MAC filtering is on, then enter the MAC address. MAC filtering is NOT on. I turned it on and added the printer's MAC address to be allowed, still no connection.
I have turned off the router firewall and tried connecting. Still does not connect.
What could be wrong?

Welcome to HP Support Forum. Please use the following instructions to fix:
HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads
Please also note: Your printer may only support 2.4GHz therefore you need to check and allow your router to broadcast both (dual) bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz.
Regards.

Thanks for the reply.
My router is broadcasting 2.4 and 5, they have different SSIDs and different passwords. My printer shows the 2.4 is available and I am using the right password when trying to connect. It fails every time. I have done a factory reset and unplugged the printer. I have also restarted my modem and the new router.
When I try using WPS, the router software says it has been successful, but the printer ends up saying there has been an error and could not connect.
The only error message the printer gives is about the MAC address, but I have that turned off on the router.
