Brand new Xfinity router device and printer stopped connecting to wifi.  Also, printer is not recognizing that it is connected to router by an ethernet cable.

Please read before responding. These are things I have already tried:

1. Rebooting router, laptop and printer. Multiple times.

2. Going to Wireless Settings and trying to connect using WPS. Times out.

3. In Wireless Settings, locating our network and logging in with network password. Just times out.

3. Tried shutting off IPv6 in ethernet advanced settings. Something I found online. Did not help.

4. Tried resetting Network Settings and Security to defaults. No luck.

5. In Xfinity router admin page, tried adding the device manually but can't find a printer IP address. It did not show up in printed configuration report I pulled from the printer.

6. In Xfinity router admin page, shutting off all but the option for 2.4 Ghz (suggested by Xfinity support).

Is my printer too old and dead in the water? What else could I try? I'm fairy tech savvy but getting in over my head fast. So please try to keep it simple

Thanks for any assistance you might provide. Much appreciated.

PS-- I rolled over to Windows 11 a few months ago and had no issues. So it's something with the new router.
