@ALydick57, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand your OfficeJet 9010 series printer is showing as offline, even though it's connected to your router. Let's walk through a few steps to get you back up and printing.
Confirm Printer is Online on the Network
- On the printer control panel, go to Settings > Network Setup > Wireless Settings.
- Tap Print Wireless Network Test Report.
- Ensure the Status is Connected and the IP Address is valid (e.g., 192.168.x.x).
If the printer is connected but still shows offline on your PC, continue below.
Set a Static IP Address (Optional but Recommended)
Sometimes DHCP conflicts cause connectivity issues. Here's how to assign a static IP:
- Type the printer’s IP address into your browser to open the Embedded Web Server (EWS).
- Go to Network > IPv4 Configuration.
- Select Manual IP, then click Suggest a Manual IP Address.
- Apply the settings and restart the printer.
Reinstall the Printer Using HP Smart
- Uninstall the printer from Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners.
- Download and install the latest HP Smart app: HP Smart
- Open HP Smart and click Add Printer.
- Follow the prompts to reconnect the printer.
Check Windows Services
- Press Windows + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
- Ensure the following services are Running and Automatic:
- Print Spooler
- HP Network Devices Support
Disable SNMP (If using TCP/IP Port)
- Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
- Right-click your printer > Printer Properties > Ports tab.
- Select the port in use > Configure Port.
- Uncheck SNMP Status Enabled, then click OK.
