Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 is showing offline from two separate computers when the printer show connected to the network on its internal screen.  I tried running the fix and using HP Print scan doctor, but no luck.  It says the printer is offline.  I have also turning the printer off and on, along with unplugging the printer.
