I have exhausted all of my options. My printer says it's online when I view it through the app but when I go to actually print something my computer tells me the printer is offline.
I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled the software for the printer several times.
The installation always goes fine and it tells me that my printers up and running and ready to go.
I have a HP Envy 6055,
I purchased this more expensive model because I thought it wouldn't be going through these problems like the cheaper ones do.
However whenever I attempt to print, even if I try to print a test page, it will tell me that my printer is offline, and the only light that's on is the blue wireless connection light which is on the entire time nothing is flashing.
Is it time to call this printer that I bought 18 months ago, done, and time to get another one?
Any help is appreciated
