I uninstalled an HP Printer from my computer, waiting for a new one to arrive, but I get a message in My HP Support assistant that says I have an update for my Old Printer and cant seem to delete the information ?

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

 

I see that you are facing an issue with removing your old Printer from the HP support assistant application.

Please follow the below steps to remove the printer from the app.

 

1.Find your name button in the top right corner and click it.

2. Select the "View profile" link - in the drop-down list.

3. Scroll down until you see the "Your Device Overview".

4. Locate the device you want to remove from your profile.

5. Click the x to the device you want to remove.
