- Old dead printers still show up on my hp.com (not HP Smart) ...

When I go to HP Smart, it only shows my current 8025e printer. But when it sends me to my hp.com account, THAT still shows my two old 8710 (dead & recycled) as being alive, well, and hungry for supplies. How do I get hp.com to realize that these old 8710 are no longer there?
