Hi,

Apple devices uses Bonjour, such a change is likely related to your network.

Please unplug your router from the power for a minute (be sure to restart any Access point if my have more than one at home), plug it back and allow the internet connection to return, then restart the printer and check for any difference.

If you may made any network change lately (a new router, access point, repeater), it is possible that your router is not support Bonjour or may need to be configured to allow a such.

May there any such change lately?

Thank you, thank you!  We had a new BT router recently.  Although that had made no difference for a while, I checked on printing problems related to it, and found something.  As a result, I switched off Smart Setup on the router, restarted the router, and tried using the printer again on two different machines - with success on both.
