HP OfficeJet Pro 9730e Wide Format All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, we have a Officejet Pro9730e in our small office. There are 3 employees connected to a Unify routeur/switch. The printer is connected to that switch as well.

The printer is working perfectly for 2 users, but for the third one, when he send documents to the printer they stuck in queue and under de printer in Windows/parameters/Bluetooth and apparels/printers and scanners/Officejet pro 9730e it shows "Printer state: out of paper". The same message appear under the printer in Words or any MS application.

But here is the thing: There is plenty of paper and in facts, the others computers can print documents whitout problems. and dont have theses messages. The problems dont seems to be the printer itself.

I did all basic troubleshooting (check spooler, clean it's directory, stop restart it, set to automatic), run sfc /scannow) check the size of paper in printer properties, the OS  is up to date, etc...

This is the first time I see something that bizarre.

Do you have any cue?
