@msbusybee, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
It sounds like your HP OfficeJet Pro 8035 All-in-One Printer is stuck in an alignment loop and also not connecting to Wi-Fi. Let's walk through a few steps to resolve this:
Hard Reset the Printer
Sometimes a simple reset fixes both printing and connectivity issues.
Turn off the printer using the power button.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer and the wall outlet.
Wait at least 60 seconds.
Plug it back in and turn the printer on.
Check if it still tries to print the alignment page automatically.
Complete or Cancel the Alignment
If the printer keeps trying to align:
Lift the scanner lid.
Place the alignment page face down on the scanner glass.
Close the lid and press "OK" or "Scan" on the printer display.
If successful, it should confirm and stop looping.
If you never scanned the alignment page, the printer will keep trying to align.
If the Wi-Fi light isn't blinking or lit:
Use HP Smart App
Download the HP Smart app on your phone or PC.
Connect your phone to Wi-Fi.
Open the app → Tap Add Printer → Follow prompts to set up the printer again.
If the printer isn't showing up, try using a USB cable to temporarily connect and configure Wi-Fi.
I hope this helps.
Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
Take care and have a good day.
