Hello. although the printer is recognizable from hp smart and i have connected it to the wifi, when i choose to print a pdf or something, it doesnt works and says not recognizable

If your HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 4675 is connected to Wi-Fi and visible in HP Smart, but printing fails with a message like “not recognizable”, here’s how to fix it:
1. Check the Default Printer
- On Windows:
- Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
- Make sure your DeskJet 4675 is set as the default printer.
- On macOS:
- Go to System Settings > Printers & Scanners.
- Ensure the correct printer is selected as the default.
2. Reinstall the Printer
- Remove the printer from your system:
- On Windows: Right-click the printer > Remove device.
- On macOS: Select the printer > Remove (-).
- Then, re-add it using HP Smart or Printers & Scanners.
3. Use HP Smart’s Diagnose & Fix Tool
- Open the HP Smart app.
- Click your printer > Diagnose & Fix.
- Follow the on-screen steps to resolve any communication or driver issues.
4. Update Printer Drivers
- Visit the HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 4675 All-in-One Printer Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Support.
- Download and install the latest full-feature software for your operating system.
5. Try Printing from Another App
- If the issue happens only with PDFs, try printing from:
- Adobe Acrobat Reader
- Microsoft Edge
- Or another PDF viewer
