Just had new broadband connected today.plz why wont my printer connect to it. WiFi is showing on front of printer i also pressed button on router.

I got the app on my n mobile.

General help for new modem
1 - Restore Wi-Fi setup mode on your HP printer
2 - Wi-Fi connection is lost after router or network settings change

 

Please provide the Product ID or Model name of printer for better assistance
