Hi , I currently just started working for apple. I’ve been getting a lot of calls about this. If you’re using a apple computer , once you see the pop up on your screen, select “show in finder” and select all of those folders that you see. Once you have those folders selected, drag them to your trash and empty your trash out in the recycle bin. The issue should be resolved after this, Also after doing this, go ahead and delete the printer from your computer in System Preferences, then go ahead and re add printer.

In a nutshell in means that HP has some issue...
More specifically all software running on a Mac has to be digitally signed, meaning that the entity providing the software vouch for its authenticity. It would seem the HP has explicitly revoked that signature and the Mac OS built in anti malware is considering it as suspect, as it should. Why this happened is anyone's guess and I doubt HP will come up with a non PR explanation (concretely either they lost control of the key - very bad - or they "just" screwed up).
The only way around it is either procuring an updated software package (but you link unfortunately does not point to one, not really sure HP has produced one tbh) or to disable the anti malware protection mechanism as explained a few posts above.

This was mentioned previously, but it works: If you’re using a apple computer , once you see the pop up on your screen,
1) Select “show in finder” and select all of those folders that you see.
2) Once you have those folders selected, drag them to your trash and empty your trash out in the recycle bin.
3) After doing this, go ahead and delete the printer from your computer in System Preferences,
4) Then go ahead and re add printer.
In the past HP actually had customer service. It is now suggested that Mr. Hewlett and Mr. Packard would not be pleased. I tend to agree with this sentiment.

Read the posts above...
There is a detailed explanation why this is happening (ie HP has screwed up royally) and how to solve it (disable SPI or, supposedly, reinstall the software, which to me makes no sense unless HP issued new packages without updating the build numbers).
In any case all the info you need is in this thread and linked articles.

The deleted HP files will be replaced when you reinstall the printer. All of this seems to be due to HP not providing the correct certificates with the printer updates. We have only suggested that you remove the files that are popping up, remove the printer, reinstall the printer. 🙂

Agreed - but as far as I can tell the drivers have not been reissued with new signatures ?
