Hi, I'm trying to activate "Print Anywhere" from the HP Smart app. I went under "Manage HP Account" then "Solutions". The only thing that appears is "Other Solutions". According to the instructions, I should see "Print Anywhere", but it's not there. How can I activate this feature?

Hi @roylkirkjr,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If "Print Anywhere" is not showing under "Solutions" in the HP Smart app, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially activate this feature.
- Update HP Smart App: Make sure your HP Smart app is updated to the latest version. Updates often include bug fixes and feature enhancements.
- Check Printer Compatibility: Ensure that your printer model supports the "Print Anywhere" feature. Not all HP printers support this functionality.
- Internet Connection: Verify that your printer is connected to the internet. "Print Anywhere" requires an active internet connection to function properly.
- Restart HP Smart App: Sometimes restarting the app can resolve temporary issues. Close the HP Smart app completely and then reopen it to see if "Print Anywhere" appears.
- Restart Printer: Try restarting your printer by turning it off, waiting for about 30 seconds, and then turning it back on. This can help establish a fresh connection to the network.
- Reinstall HP Smart App: If none of the above steps work, you may want to consider uninstalling and reinstalling the HP Smart app. This can sometimes resolve app-specific issues.
By following these steps, you should be able to troubleshoot and hopefully activate the "Print Anywhere" feature through the HP Smart app successfully.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
