Product: hp envy 120
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

I keep getting error, print spooler test could not be completed in hp smart app. Printer works fine with usb cable, but it doesn't work via wifi. Sometimes it works via wifi if i turn off the computer or restart the print spooler.
