Product: HP OfficeJet 5260 All-in-One Printer

Print item message on new iPhone 16 pro says ‘sending file’ and won’t print. Printer is present on Hp app on phone, WiFi is same on phone and printer, unplugged printer a few times, re-entered WiFi password several times on printer, no items in printer queue, moved mesh modem next to printer to help signal strength. Hp chat as of NO help. 2 hours on, seeking help from this forum. TIA!

Check that your iPhone and printer are connected to same Wifi Network.
