Product: HP DeskJet 2752e All-in-One Printer

I have a 2700 series printer that shows it is connected to my Wifi but when I try to print the print menu says it's offline.  I have tried all the suggestions but I still cannot print.  This is a wireless printer and is in the same room at the router.
