Product: HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3785 All-in-One Printer

I have a new router.

since than printer is not connecting.

I asked my interent provider to change the network from 5MGH to 2.4MGH since printer had a problem to recognize the net.

It seems that hp-smart stocked in recognize the net and connecting it.

It looks like in the start by creating a new net  "hp>direct-0f deskjet 3700 series", then it disconneted from my network, the regular one, and than it connecting again to the regular one.

and then it got stucked....

what is the problem? I am so fostrated...

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's restore the network settings on the Printer: Press the Wireless button ( ) and the Cancel button ( ) from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.

 

Once done, connect the Printer to the Wi-Fi.
