Product: HP Envy
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been able to print from my Envy laptop until a few weeks ago and it will no longer communicate with my OfficeJet 4655. It communicates with 2 other printers so I know the issue is just with the 4655 printer. I can also print from other devices so it is just with the Envy laptop and printer. I have uninstalled and re-installed the printer, run scan doctor-it says all is okay but a test print won't go through.
