If you like, add this "try / consider" step:
Restart everything, including the router that controls your network.
Be Aware --
If Web Services is down on the HP side,
The Community does not have any ability to fix, track, diagnose, or recover Web Services.
That means: There is no fix for Web Services on "our" side.
The connection will start working when the source of the problem is resolved.
The service can be down in one region and working fine everywhere else.
The service might recover in minutes, hours, or days.
IF you are using Web Services to connect to your HP Instant Ink Subscription,
If you are having trouble with your Instant Ink service,
Contact HP Instant Ink Support during business days and hours available in your region.
