I have been having some serious issues trying to get my printer to connect to my iPhone and Computer. I spent over 4 hours resetting and reconnecting through the HP Smart app. On my phone I get the error that it cannot connect through a mobile device. This led me to try on my windows computer. However, on the computer it just gets frozen on the second connection step or I get to the driver process and the driver is no where to be found. I thought this was a hardware issue on the printer, but I replaced the printer and still get the same results. I am thinking something is wrong with my network, but I really have no idea. I have got the printer to connect to my wifi a few times(resulting in a solid blue wifi button on printer), but the set up never finished. I know my wifi has good connection because I ran the report through the printer and it said so. I have never had any issues with my wifi on my phone or computer. I am desperate for some direction because I have ran out of ideas. I have reset over and over again so I know it’s not a reset issue. Please help!

I see that you are not able to install the printer on the Win computer and also on the mobile device.

Use the HP Smart app to print and scan.
