I want a live agent. How do you go about getting one. I don't have time to wade through all this stuff on their web site. Got a business to run. Any help is appreciated. (Even this form I've had to fill out a couple now four repeated times. What a waste of time.)

Hi @Paulicus,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To get in touch with a live agent for HP support, follow these steps to quickly navigate through their system:
HP Customer Support Website:
- Go to the HP Customer Support website.
- Select your country/region if it’s not automatically detected.
- Click on "Contact HP" usually found at the top or bottom of the page.
Chat with HP Virtual Agent:
- On the "Contact HP" page, you might see an option to chat with a virtual agent. This can sometimes lead you to a live agent.
- Type “speak with a live agent” or “representative” to bypass the automated responses and connect to a human agent.
Phone Support:
- On the "Contact HP" page, look for the phone number for HP Customer Support. There’s usually a number dedicated to business support.
- Dial the number and follow the prompts to get to the technical support or customer service department.
HP Support Assistant:
- If you have HP Support Assistant installed on your device, open it.
- Click on "Contact Support" to find options to connect to a live agent, including phone numbers and chat options.
You can also drop your query here, We will look into it 🙂
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
